The Herbal Chef Electric Infuser transforms up to 5 cups (1.6 L) of butter, oil, or tincture base into potent herbal infusions. In as little as 30 minutes, you can craft infusions with less time, waste, & mess than with traditional methods. This infuser features a digital readout and a push-button controls; and it has preset infusions modes for butter, oil, and tincture to assist those who are first-time infusers, or a manual override for personalized customer settings.
This infuser comes apart for easy cleaning AND this kit includes our very own Silicone Trivet/Pot Holder and 11" Silicone Spatula. Both made of FDA compliant, food grade silicone, these cooking accessories are dishwasher safe, 100% BPA free, and heat resistant up to 445°F/229°C. The trivet doubles as a pot holder or jar opener, and the spatula features flexible round and pointed edges for scraping out any container.
